All Consctruction projects of the building are now complete as of 2023, but we always add additional amnetities to improve the quality of life for all our residents.
Since 2023, we added a peragola for our roof terrace, a high-end ceramic finish in the lobby and additional patio furniture for the terrace, and charging stations for our indoor parking garage.

How are the different unit types distributed?
Le Sherbrooke has a total of 86 units for rent across 5 floors: 52 1 bedrooms, 22 2 bedrooms and 12 studios.
What common areas are planned for the project?
The project will feature rooftop terraces offering view of the city, park, Mont-royal and even july’s Laronde Fireworks.
Adjacent to the terasse is a comunal out door pool maintained to provincial’s sanitation standards to public pools.
Adjacent to the lobby is a communal gym that is password-protected for all residents of the building.
The indoor parking garage is accessable to cyclist who wish to use our bike racks.

The project is spearheaded by Developements Pointe-aux-Trembles Inc, encompassing property management , rentals, and construction. Architectural design is by Atelier Chaloub Architectes, focusing on sustainable development and neighborhood integration.

How does the application process work?
It’s simple:
- Book an appointment with the on-site manager
- Fill out the application form that will be sent by email. this includes a credit check, landlord reference, government I.Ds.

Can I rent a parking space?
Yes, indoor parking is available for 135$ a month, or 195$ a month for a parking spot with an electrcial charging station with ulimited use.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Your furry friends are part of the family. The building bylaws may limit the number of animals per unit and size of the animal, but we look forward to welcoming them with you.
Is the building well soundproofed?
Absolutely. Our floors have 9-inch-thick concrete slabs, and we’ve included superior acoustic insulation in shared walls and between units and corridors to ensure peace and privacy.
Are BBQs allowed on balconies and terraces?
Only charcoal BBQs are not permitted on private balconies or terraces. However, residents can enjoy electrical, propane or gaz BBQs
Do the units include appliances?
Yes! All condos come with the following appliances:
