Updating Apartment Availability
Follow the steps below whenever an apartment becomes available, its monthly rent changes, or its occupancy date needs to be updated. Changes made to the inventory post are automatically displayed on the website.
Edit only the published post named Current Availability. Do not change its title, move it to another collection, or edit the Units Inventory page URL.
Open the inventory post
- Open the Squarespace website editor.
- Go to Pages.
- Find Units Inventory under Not Linked.
- Open the post named Current Availability.
- Select Edit.
Enter each available residence
Each apartment must include the apartment number, monthly price and availability date.
Separate residences correctly
Separate each apartment using a semicolon. Do not use a comma between apartment records because dates may contain commas.
Save and publish
- Review apartment numbers, prices and dates.
- Click Save or Publish.
- Keep the post published. Do not save it as a draft.
- Refresh the public website to confirm the update.

Important Formatting Rules

Keep the floor labels exactly as

Use an equals sign between the apartment number and price:
204=1950. -
Use a vertical bar between the price and availability:
1950|August 1, 2026. - Use semicolons between residences. Do not use commas to separate residences.

Enter prices using numbers only. Use
1950, not$1,950/month. -
Use
Now,ImmediateorImmediate Occupancyfor apartments available immediately. - To remove an apartment from the available list, delete its entire entry from the applicable floor line.
- Do not delete an entire floor label, even when no apartments are currently available on that floor.
